Yugavatar Realcon Private Limited builds titled residential plots, flats and farm land across Patna. Since our first phase, we've focused on one thing: paperwork a family can trust, from booking to the registered title deed.

No. A booking is confirmed with a small booking amount; the rest is paid through a fixed monthly EMI plan you agree to upfront.
The project’s RERA registration is currently under process. The required registration will be completed before the respective phase is opened for booking, and the RERA registration details will be shared once approved.

A sale agreement, payment receipts, and — once your EMIs are complete — the registered title deed. Our business documents (incorporation, GST, registrations) are public on this page.
Yes, within the cancellation window stated in your booking agreement. Refund terms depend on how much of the schedule has been paid — our team will walk you through the specifics.
